...as news of his passing reached my ears just before the show began. Fellow SCR jock Lancey B gave me the 'heads up' but neither Wiki nor Discogs were showing any info so we both sourced confirmation during the early part of my show and found he died on April 5th. Three songs in tribute post NS 6(actually 8!)@4 from his Love Town album which was the only one I had to hand. Bit of a hiccup with Saturday Love at 5 and the mic will now be left permanently live so my regular fook up of not using the on switch will hopefully be negated in future, lol.
